“ My husband and I are big poke fans, so we tried all the poke we could find while on this island. This place was our favorite. We both got the Hawaiian (mine with ahi, his with salmon) and definitely made good choices. I love that you can taste the little bit of sesame oil underneath the layers of flavor. Definitely worth a stop for lunch! ”
“ Small shop inside the upstairs food court. Probably the best poke I’ve had all throughout Hawaii. Friendly ladies working and the poor they serve is fresh, flavored and seasoned well with delicious fluffy and flavored rice. ”
“ It is located in MuCully shopping center. The atmosphere is just a casual local restaurant, but I highly recommend everyone to go! The seafood is fresh and the rice is made in the right way with the taste vinegar. I was very very satisfied with it! ”
“ The Hawaiian style bowl was delicious, affordable and generously portioned. The sushi rice, as opposed to simple white rice, adds tremendous flavor. Highly recommend for its walkability from the Waikiki hotels. ”
“ This was my husband’s first poke bowl.. and it might just be his favorite food now. He got a salmon bowl and I got the spicy Ahi. Delicious and filling! The lady at the counter had great descriptions for the ingredients we weren’t familiar with and sold us on everything :) ”
“ Ohana Poke House in Waikiki is an amazing spot for anyone looking to enjoy fresh, authentic food. The quality of the fish is outstanding, and you can really taste how fresh it is in every bite. Their poke bowls are a perfect blend of flavors, and the variety of toppings lets you customize your meal just the way you like it. The noodles are also a standout—delicious, light, and cooked to perfection. The atmosphere is welcoming and laid-back, making it a great place to relax and enjoy some of the best Hawaiian cuisine in town. Highly recommend this place for a true taste of Hawaii! ”
“ HUGE Poke fan. I absolutely loved my meal. Had a combo of the Wasabi Ahi and Hawaiian style salmon. A slight wait, as they prepare bowls upon order. Small shop on the second floor of a strip mall. It would be easy to overlook, but it would be a mistake to not give this place a try! ”
“ After flying in from Seattle, my family and I were hungry and needed our first meal in Hawaii to be poke - we love it! The poke was extremely fresh and the preparation was amazing!! It was quite busy when we arrived but the staff told us it could take up to 30 minutes to get our food and we agreed to wait. It may have been 20-25 minutes but it was completely worth the wait and we’re definitely going back again!! Delicious! My favorite was the Wasabi Poke. It appears as though they share a space with and Italian restaurant in sort-of a “test kitchen” space, but don’t let that deter you. Top notch poke!! The whole family agreed this place took poke to another level for us! Enjoy! ”
